The following are the main officers of TDC:
Ma. Theresia N. Delena, CPA, MBA
Chairman
Ma Theresia N. Delena is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of TDC Professionals Consulting Inc. (TDC Professionals). She is also the Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer of a power generation company. She started her career with SGV & Co as an auditor and moved on to work with other private corporations in an executive capacity. Her experience spans 3 decades in different industries such as downstream oil industry, construction, food service, fashion, brewery and bottling.
Delena is a Certified Public Accountant. She graduated from the University of the Philippines with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and completed her Master in Business Administration from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business in Rockwell, Makati.
Daisy Jazmin Tusing, CPA, MBA
President
Daisy Jazmin Tusing is the President of TDC Professionals. She has over 20 years of accounting and audit experience in international accounting, internal and fraud audit, ERP and systems conversion across multiple industries such as oil and gas, engineering and maintenance services, property management, food & beverage, trading, audit, and accounting firms. She held various leadership positions in the Philippines and abroad.
Tusing is a Certified Public Accountant. She graduated from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and completed her Master in Business Administration from the same school.
Clare A. Raymundo, CPA, MBA
Treasurer
Clare A. Raymundo is the Treasurer of TDC Professionals. She has worked for multinational companies for over 20 years as Finance and Accounting Manager in different industries such as manufacturing, construction and business process outsourcing.
Raymundo is a Certified Public Accountant. She graduated from Polytechnic University of the Philippines with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and completed her Master in Business Administration from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila.
Gede G. Delena, MBA
Corporate Secretary
Gede G. Delena is the Corporate Secretary of TDC Professionals. He has over 20 years of experience as Compliance Manager in various industries such as real estate development, wholesale and retail trading, brewing and bottling, among others.
Delena graduated from Philippine Christian University with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and completed his Master in Business Administration from the same school.
